By using the Maple Styles website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, quality service, and a smooth experience for both you and us.

🧵 Custom-Made Product Policy

  • All coats are stitched on-demand based on the size, fabric, and options you select.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once stitching begins (typically within 4 hours of confirmation).

💳 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before production begins.
  • We accept secure payments via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and netbanking.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Production time ranges from 2–6 working days depending on the order.
  • Shipping within India typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your courier partner and region.
  • Customers will be notified once the item is dispatched, with tracking information provided.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or courier delays.
  • If your coat has a visible manufacturing defect or major damage, please email or WhatsApp us with clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only offered for approved defective items after review.
  • Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

📏 Custom-Made Items

  • All coats are stitched to your measurements and choices — refunds are not applicable for sizing errors submitted by customers.
  • Please measure carefully or reach out to us via WhatsApp before placing an order. We are always happy to assist.

⏳ Refund Time Clarification

  • Refunds are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay).
  • We initiate the refund within 7 working days once approved — further time may depend on your bank or UPI service.

🔐 Data & Privacy

  • We collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and measurements to complete your order.
  • We do not store your card or payment information. All payments are securely processed by trusted partners.
  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
